Prepare your nails with base color and top coat

Use eyeshadow stick or silicone brush to pick the powder and burnish it onto your nails after the gel is cured, or just sprinkle onto no wipe top coat for a sugar effect

Repeat the step untill you're satisfied with the effect and then lightly brush off the extra powder.

Seal it with top coat, cure under LED/UV lamp
